Kalimat Gallery is pleased to announce Hamza Bounoua’s solo exhibition “The colorful poems”.
The Art exposition “The Colorful Poems” comes as part of a series of art works that I produced in the past to revive (salute) the poems of important poets in the Arab world, from the great Syrian Nezar Kebani and the Palestinian Mahmoud Darouiche, to the great Iraqi Adeeb Kamel Ad-Deen and the experience “ Hourouf tatajaraa” “ letters that dare” performed in coordination with the Algerian poet and journalist Ibrahim Seddiki and many others based on the topics that I like to raise in my works.
And my actual expo in Dubai in the “gallery Kalimate” has another dimension different from precedent expositions and works, because the poems of Cheikh “Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum contain a lots of art forms that inspired, and helped me produce this series of works.
This exposition will be a different and amazing experience for me, by converting the poems to plastic art works (paintings) with different, and important messages moving between love, coexistence and humanity.
